I've been absent for a while so I'm a bit rusty but I have a list of things to do now that I'm back.
- Priority One: Clean up the Vault 98 Article and fix some continuity errors.
- Priority Two: Finish Maine-Tek Article.
- Priority Three: Other Shit when I get around to it.
Also if you guys have any suggestions for what needs to be changed for Maine-Tek and Vault 98 please do contribute your two cents. Anyways happy New Year and to a better 2017!

...Aaand I'm back.
Been Rather a long while since I've posted on the fanon wiki properly; that's mostly because of real-life issues and a general lack of things to actually write about thanks to a glorious lack of ideas. I've covered all the bases I wanted to cover with my articles, and now I've not really got anything else to cover than the odd spelling mistake and odd snippet slapped into otherwise already-finished articles. So, I've decided to come into the saloon, waddle over to the bar and slam my pocket lint and safety pins on the counter and ask; are there any roleplay forums up?
One of the last Articles I properly finished was Larry Johnson; the long-time character-of-choice for my roleplay on the forums, limited as it was, in the ho…Read more >
I recently downloaded the Fallout Amino app and was amazed by amount of people and roleplayers there. I can't say the same about the OC's on there but hey, TL's spoiled me. I'd recommend anyone here to download the app so we can form our own chatroom to communicate more fluidly and possibly even attract some people to the wiki.Read more >

So in light of recent events we've had a rash of new arrivals on the wiki. Now as anyone can attest to, the wiki has a bit of a learning curve, what with our policies and learning our style, such a process can prove to be rather daunting to new users. I've decided to create this program as an attempt to help those new arrivals along in their learning process, and to better integrate them with the community. However, we need willing users, preferably older users who are willing to give tips to new users along with helping in idea development, proofreading and giving them advice on how to improve their work. It should be stated that the purpose of this help is not to enforce or coerce a user into a certain mode of writing, but rather help th…Read more >

Hello everyone, for those of you who were here in the past, you may remember me vowing to never host another contest after the fiasco that was the last one. Fuck it. We're gonna give this whole idea another spin, and so here is Tranquility Lanes fourth summer contest. In the past I've asked you guys to write groups, locations, stories and characters set in specific locations. This time around I'm simply going to ask you to write a character that is a thinker, a philosopher, political theorist or what have you. I'll leave the creative liberties up to the contestants, but essentially you can dream up your own concepts and work them into your character or borrow from the sea of already existent philosophy, I'd prefer the latter. Hello everyone, with the onset of summer in a few weeks I figure this'll be a good time to do a sweep of the wiki and remove any unsavory pages on the wiki. So if you happen to know of any pages that happen to be in violation of the rules, have been long time stubs or WIP, or just any pages you'd like to see removed, go ahead and list them in the comments. Note to all long term users: This will probably become a yearly thing done at the beginning of the summer. Thanks.

This world isn't big enough for the United States...
With so much of the United States being developed and used, and so much freedom given to the rest of the Fallout World. I have decided to move my operations from the United States of America to the glamourous United Socialist Soviet Republics.
Can you imagine it...
Pseudo-Soviet Science, the parades and marching soldiers, all the red banners all around as people cheer some old celebration. Wars going on throughout Europe as the Soviet Union tramples over their trench lines with their advanced technological warfare, the complete opposite of the United States. The largest empire in the world at the time, and yet...
There is nothing...

As I am quite bored, having mucked around on 60 Seconds, Fallout 4, Fallout Tactics and even the dreaded Brotherhood of Steel on PS2, I've now made myself determined to write something, anything new.
So, I decided I'd talk about my favourite Fallout subject; the pre-war world's cars. Largely based off concept cars from the 1950s, drawn up and sometimes even produced in an age where the future was this bright and shiny thing that most of the world looked on in wonder and hope at, the majority of most pre-war cars seen in the Fallout World, especially Bethesda and Obsidian's renditions, are of fantastic and rather oddly scenic design. From the streamlined Atomic V8 Corvega to the oddly shaped, bubble-domed Cherry Bomb car, otherwise know to most as th…Read more >

Hello all! As I have begun to notice, the Midwest has become a very popular place to settle lately. This is good, as this means more help for me to make the Midwest better, and when I say better, I mean a place of pro-nationalism gone awry. But, the situation here is grim, very grim. I have no godd*mn idea what's going on there! Or even what has happened there, and I would feel just awful if I wrote something that chased all you cowhands away.
So, anyone want to help me write a plausible, yet very vague backstory to the state known to the Union as "Heaven" and south dakota?

So, another post about Pre-war America - no, I'm not ranting about the lack of Pre-war mentioning articles. Essentially, this time, I'm talking about;
THE PRE-WAR PLEASURE VILLAGES OF YESTERYEAR!
But first, a word from our sponsor;
You know the types; Point Lookout, Primm, etc. I'm a big fan of the idea of insular, or quasi-insular, communities that were built solely for tourists. These types of places really echo the whole Pre-war luxury of the US and make the point of the rise and fall of America. Primm less so, however, mostly thanks to the real lack of any tourists in the town, the lack of any backstory for the place and the real lack of any defining characters; you could make the case for Primm Slimm, but I digress. Point Lookout, ho…Read more >
So, a blog where I, in essence, shout about the lack of articles with any real information that concentrates on the pre-war days of America, which me and CarthAntilles often like to do. I've always been a fan of the pre-war appearance in the Fallout universe, everything from Tranquility Lane to Sanctuary Hills, with the little traces of "Leave it to Beaver" and the idealized, retro-futuristic atomic powered dream that was quite prevalent in the mid 20th century. All of this is seen in the Fallout universe, albeit briefly and usually as way of contrasting alongside the grim and gritty wasteland. Here's an example of what I'm talking about when I say idealized, retro-futuristic atomic powered dream;

If you make any kind of edit to a page right now with the player already embedded it will cause it to no longer function. So please keep that in mind before you do any minor editing on the wiki. Ask yourself if this edit can wait until the situation gets resolved.

Greetings my Fellow Editors!
The primary purpose of this blog post is to generate some interest in the Four State Commonwealth state: New Mexico ("The Land of Enchantment"). Not a lot seems to be written about this beautiful state, though it bountiful in all that makes the Fallout universe special. Heck, the world was ushered into the nuclear era in the confines of this area. Now I know a few articles have been written concerning the states: settlements, characters, etc. Yet there are still be major elements that could be explored.
Keep in mind: this post is strictly for brainstorming. Nothing is being created here, as things need to be cross-checked with other articles as well as additionally researched.

Hey everyone, so as I said this is the new contest I was intending to put up today, a remake of the contest from February. Anyway, The challenge is simple; the Mexican State of Chihuahua has been stripped of its content after the "Little Wipe" and rather than leave it blank we're going to use it for this contest, you are to write a Character, Location, Group or Story centered in the state of Chihuahua. Those pages that are submitted will be voted upon by the userbase and the winner will be the lucky owner of three fine examples of pre-war death machines, Three Howitzers to be used at their discretion in an article of their choosing. I have to say; seeing the trailer was amazing, but at the same time; it feels quite a bit... well, odd; Apparently now; Helicopters are still in use, if only in small use in Pre-War America, despite the claim of Fallout Tactics that there is little fuel left, and that they are expensive wastes of fuel. If you study the sight of the Helicopter; it appears to be a VTOL, so it may be a Vertibird Prototype. I'm unsure how to feel about the changes to the aesthetic also, it looks to be that the Mr Handy and Protectron haven't changed, but the Vault suit seems to have returned to the more Fallout 1 and 2 design.

Hey, I am the P.B.G for those who have not met me and well I would like to create this blog page for some proposed 'key events' to the Fallout world. As such I have created a small number of ideas for events that could effect multiple regions of the Fallout world, that could effect multiple groups, giving said people in those areas a chance to change status quo or see how different groups of communities may respond to it.
I will also note if the greater community does not want such events to take place
