The New California Republic Army (often simplified to NCR Army or just the Army) is the military arm of the New California Republic. Founded by Aradesh, the first president of the NCR, around the time of the foundation of the Republic, the Army is often the first and last interaction troublemakers will have with the NCR.
History
Founded around the same time as the Republic, the NCR Army has had interactions with every enemy of the nation, from small-time raiders, slavers and mutants to huge slugging matches with the Brotherhood of Steel and Caeser's Legion. The outcome of the army's conflict with Caeser's Legion and the important Second Battle of Hoover is unknown as of 2287 but six years prior the situation was stuck in a stalemate.
Despite this conflict, the NCR army has sent expeditions around the Post-War USA. The Army has been heavily involved in the Cascadia region, sent exploratory squads to Hawaii and Utah and has engaged with bandits in Baja.
